Refund Policy

Our policy states that we do not offer refunds for cancellations or late arrivals. However, if the trip is canceled by the Captain due to weather conditions, we will gladly provide a refund or the option to reschedule. Please note that if smoking or any dangerous behavior occurs on board, and we need to return to the dock early, the party responsible will not receive a refund. However, if this situation arises while there are multiple parties on board, the other parties will be eligible for a refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
