Late policy
We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes before your departure. We have a 5-minute late policy for our public tours. If you are running late, please call ahead and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Important Rules
For everyone's safety, no liquor bottles are allowed. We recommend using Uber if consuming alcohol. Light snacks are permitted on our public trips, but please avoid full meals unless you have a private trip!
Smoking is not allowed on board.
Please note SWIMMING is not guaranteed. We'll stop for a swim as long as the current isn't too strong on the day of your trip. Swimming is strictly for our three-hour private trips. Refunds and cancellations will not be given if swimming is not possible due to conditions.
